Made-to-Order Products • • All products available on Shree Radhe Mohan are made to order. Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.                                                             

2. Order Cancellation • • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. No cancellation is allowed once the order has been dispatched, under any circumstances.                                       

3. Refund Eligibility Refunds will be considered only in the following exceptional cases: • • The product received is damaged or defective at the time of delivery. An incorrect product was delivered. To be eligible: - You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. - Clear photo and/or video proof must be provided. - The issue will be reviewed and approved by our team before any refund decision.                                                                                                      4. Refund Process • • • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment. Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
