Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 4-5 business days after order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Processing time may vary depending on order volume, customization, or festive seasons.                                                                                                      2. Domestic Shipping (Within India) • • • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders above 1000 rupees. Delivery timelines typically range between 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.     

 

3. International Shipping • • • • We offer international shipping to selected countries. International shipping charges apply and will be calculated at checkout or communicated after order confirmation. Delivery timelines for international orders may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, and courier services. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.                                     

 

4. Shipping Partners • • We use reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe delivery of your orders. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or message, wherever applicable.                                     

 

5. Delivery Delays • • While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shree Radhe Mohan is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.                                           

 

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery • • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. In case of incorrect address, incomplete details, or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.                                     

 

7. Damaged Packages • • If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours with proper proof. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
